The lid or seal is leakingUpdated 16 days ago

If your MyBlend is leaking from the lid, container or seal, it is usually because one part is not sitting quite right, the container is too full or the seal needs to be cleaned.

Please try the following steps:

• Make sure the lid is properly tightened.
• Make sure the container is not filled above the maximum level.
• Check that the seal is correctly positioned in the lid or base.
• Carefully remove the seal and clean away any residue.
• Dry all parts thoroughly before assembling them again.

If the seal has shifted out of place, liquid may seep out even if the lid feels closed. Place the seal back evenly all the way around and test again with a small amount of water before using the blender as usual.

Also avoid blending with too much liquid or too many ingredients in the container. When the contents move during blending, they may otherwise be pushed up toward the lid.
