Noise and vibrationsUpdated 16 days ago
It is normal for your MyBlend to make some noise and vibrate while blending, especially when using frozen ingredients, ice or a thicker smoothie.
If the blender sounds unusually loud or vibrates more than usual, please try the following:
- Place the blender on a flat and stable surface.
- Make sure the container is properly attached to the base.
- Check that the ingredients have not become stuck around the blades.
- Add a little more liquid if the mixture is very thick.
- Avoid filling the container more than about three quarters full.
- Cut larger pieces of fruit into smaller pieces before blending.
MyBlend works best when you start with liquid first and then add soft fruit, berries, powder or other ingredients. This helps the blades start smoothly and reduces unnecessary vibrations.
If the blender jumps, shakes heavily or makes a metallic sound, stop using it and check that nothing is stuck near the blades.
If the sound or vibrations still feel unusual, you are warmly welcome to contact us. Please include a short video where the sound can be heard clearly, and we will help you further.
