Are you having trouble charging your MyBlend?

If your MyBlend does not light up at all when you try to charge it, please try the following:

• Make sure you are using the charging cable that came with your MyBlend.
• Check that the cable is properly connected to both the blender and the power adapter.
• Try using a different power adapter.
• Try using a different wall outlet.
• Make sure the charging port is clean and dry.

Please note: When MyBlend is charging, the lights pulse blue. When the blender is fully charged, the lights turn solid blue.

A full charge takes about 3 hours and gives you around 15 blending cycles, depending on what you are blending.

You can check the battery status by pressing the button once.
