MyBlend 3 flashes redUpdated 16 days ago

When your MyBlend flashes red, it usually means that the blades are blocked by something and cannot rotate as they should.

Try turning your MyBlend upside down and gently shaking it to free the blades. If needed, unscrew the base while keeping the blender upside down to release anything blocking the blades.

Then start your MyBlend upside down and turn it upright once the blades are spinning. This lets the ingredients hit the blades at full speed and helps the blender mix more smoothly.

Always keep this in mind before using MyBlend:

  • Make sure the blender has enough battery.
  • Always start by adding liquid first, so the blades have room to rotate.
  • If you are blending something thick, make sure to add enough liquid. We recommend at least a 50/50 mix between liquid and solid ingredients.
  • Start the blender upside down to let the blades rotate freely for the first few seconds. Then turn the blender upright so the ingredients hit the blades at full speed.
