MyBlend 3 flashes purpleUpdated 16 days ago
When your blender flashes purple, it usually means that the magnets in the base and the container are not aligned. For safety reasons, they need to be correctly aligned before the blender can start.
To fix the issue:
- Twist the container onto the base so that the small arrow, engraved in the plastic on the container, points straight down toward the start button.
- MyBlend flashes purple to indicate when the magnets connect or lose contact.
