MyBlend 3 does not startUpdated 12 days ago

Are you having trouble starting your MyBlend? Then you are in the right place.

Please make sure the following points are checked before starting your MyBlend:

1. The battery is charged. Charge for about 3 hours, or until the light turns solid blue.
2. The magnets in the base and container are aligned. Make sure the arrow engraved in the plastic on the container is aligned with the start button on the base.
3. Add enough liquid. We recommend about a 50/50 mix between liquid and solid ingredients. Always add the liquid first, so the blades have room to rotate.
4. Start MyBlend upside down. This lets the blades rotate freely for the first few seconds. Then turn the blender upright so the ingredients hit the blades at full speed.
5. Double-click the start button to start the motor. A single click shows the battery status.
