What is your shipping policy?

We usually send all parcels within 24 hours and the delivery time is 1-3 working days. Domestically, we send our packages with DB Schenker, Postnord, Early Bird. Outside of Sweden we ship with UPS or Postnord. All orders are shipped from our warehous

Product warranty

In accordance with EU rules, as a MyBlend customer you always have a two-year warranty to protect you against defective goods. Contact us at [email protected] if you need help with a warranty claim.

I forgot to pick up my package at the post office and it was sent back. What should I do?

Please contact our customer support at [email protected] for further assistance. We offer to resend the package at no extra cost. If you choose to proceed with the return, you will be charged a fee of 10 EUR to cover return handling costs.
