The espresso machine is leaking waterUpdated 16 days ago

If your MyBlend Portable Espresso Machine is leaking water, it is usually because one part is not sitting quite right, the water tank is too full or there is coffee residue around the seals or threads.

Please try the following:

  • Make sure the water tank is properly attached.
  • Do not fill the water tank above the maximum level of 75 ml.
  • Make sure the portafilter, filter basket and capsule adapter, if used, are positioned straight.
  • Check that the seals sit evenly and have not shifted out of place.
  • Rinse away coffee residue from threads, seals and removable parts.
  • Screw the parts together properly, but without overtightening.

If it leaks near the coffee section, it may help to take apart the removable parts, rinse them with warm water and assemble the machine again from the beginning.

If it leaks from the water tank, check that the lid is sitting straight and that the tank is not overfilled. The machine should always be used upright on a stable surface.

Do not use the machine if water has come near the charging port or buttons. Wipe the machine, let it air dry completely and contact us before using it again.

If the machine still leaks after you have tried the steps above, you are warmly welcome to contact us. Please include a photo or short video showing where it leaks, and we will help you further.
