This can be common in the beginning, and there are a few simple tricks that usually help.

If the container is stuck and cannot be twisted off:

• Twist counterclockwise, to the left. It may require a little more force than you expect.
• Try twisting slightly to the right and then counterclockwise again to release the lock.
• Avoid attaching or removing the container with wet hands, as this can make it slip and lock more tightly.

If the container is difficult to attach and does not click:

• Check that the arrow on the container is aligned with the mark on the base.
• Place the container straight down from above and press gently.
• Then twist clockwise until you hear or feel a clear click.
