At MyBlend, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. The product must not be used before it is returned, which means the packaging needs to be unopened for the return to be approved and refunded.

For our portable blender MyBlend 3, you also have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This means you can use your blender and still return it within 30 days if you are not happy with it.

In both cases, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we have received your return, it needs to be reviewed and approved by us. When returning an item, you are responsible for the product during transport, so it is important that the product is returned in suitable packaging that keeps it protected.
