Red Flashing LightUpdated a day ago

When the MyBlend flashes red, it is an indication that the blades are blocked by something and therefore cannot rotate properly.

Try turning the MyBlend upside down, shake it to free the blades or unscrew the base upside down if necessary to free the blades. Then start the MyBlend upside down and turn it upwards so that the ingredients hit the blades at full speed.

Always keep this in mind before using MyBlend:

  • Make sure the blender has enough battery power
  • Always start by adding liquid to create space for the blades to rotate.
  • If you are blending something thick, make sure to add enough liquid. We recommend at least 50/50 between liquid and solid ingredients.
  • Start the blender upside down to let the blades rotate freely for the first few seconds. Then turn the blender right to let the ingredients hit the blades at full speed.
