MyBlend 3 does not startUpdated 15 hours ago
Having trouble starting your MyBlend? Then you have come to the right place.
Make sure that these points are met for your MyBlend to start:
1) Charged battery (charge for about 3 hours or until the light is solid blue)
2) The magnets in the base and the container need to be in line with each other. Make sure that the arrow in the plastic of the container is in line with the start button on the base.
3) Make sure to add enough liquid, we recommend about 50/50. Always start by adding the liquid to create space for the blades to rotate.
4) Start MyBlend upside down to let the blades rotate freely for the first few seconds. Then turn the blender right to let the ingredients hit the blades at full speed.
5) Double-click the start button to start the motor. Single click shows the battery status.
