If your discount code is not working at checkout, there are a few common things you can check.

Please start by double-checking the following:

  • That the discount code is spelled correctly.
  • That there are no extra spaces before or after the code.
  • That the discount code is still valid.
  • That the product in your cart is included in the offer.
  • That the code has not already been used before.

Some discount codes are only valid for a limited time, for specific products or during a certain campaign. This means a code may stop working even if it has worked before.

In most cases, several discount codes or campaigns cannot be combined in the same order. If a product is already discounted, the code may therefore not be possible to use on top of the existing price.
