If you chose invoice or installment payment at checkout, the payment is handled by Qliro, our payment partner.
Your Qliro invoice is usually sent directly from Qliro to the email address you entered when placing your order. You can also view and manage the invoice in the Qliro app or by logging in with Qliro.
Through Qliro, you can for example:
- View your invoice.
- Check the payment date.
- Manage payment or installment options.
- Pause the invoice if you have registered a return.
If you have questions about the invoice itself, payment date, reminders or installment payment, you need to contact Qliro directly, as they handle the payment.
