Compact smells burnt or unusual - what should I do?Updated 12 days ago

It is not normal for the blender to smell burnt, and you should not continue using it.

Please do the following immediately:

1. Stop using the blender right away.
2. Unplug the cable from the wall outlet.
3. Contact us at [email protected].

Please describe:

• What you were blending.
• How long you used the blender.
• Whether you ran several rounds in a row without a pause.

MyBlend Compact is CE certified and goes through careful safety testing. A burnt smell can in some cases be caused by using the blender for too long without rest, but we always want to look into it for you.
